Shipping is supplied by Australia Post or a selected courier, using standard delivery options only. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed as once the product has left the warehouse, we have very little control over shipping times. We will do our best to follow up late or missing orders, however we take no responsibility for late arrivals.
We will resend all missing items in the case of legitimate missing orders. If a courier can provide evidence that your products were delivered, we are unable to replace items.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you receive a broken or damaged product, please advise within 30 days and it will be replaced, free of charge (including shipping).
Refunds / exchanges are not available for change of mind.
